Harold Dean Hayslip, age 58, of Logan, Ohio, passed away August 7, 2025, at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.

Harold was born July 13, 1967, in Columbus, Ohio to James William Sr. and Betty Hayslip. Harold loved fishing, hunting, and spending time by the river.

Surviving are his son, Shawn (Lillian Stidham) Hayslip; grandchildren, Nathaniel and Michael Hayslip; brother, Bill (Linda) Hayslip; sisters, Anna Pierson, Helen Buzzard, and Patty (Jim) Kocher; and numerous other family and friends.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, James and Betty Hayslip; brother, James “Fatboy” Hayslip Jr.; and sister, Karen Hodge.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Knollwood Cemetery in Logan, Ohio.

Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home of Logan, Ohio.
