William “Little Bill” D. Mitchell, age 53, of Logan, Ohio, passed away January 30, 2026, at home in Logan, Ohio.

Billy was born September 14, 1972, in Logan, Ohio to Barbara Jean Mitchell. Billy loved shooting his gun, smoking marijuana, four wheeling, and spending time in his garage with friends. He also was the absolute best at driving his loving significate other, CJ crazy.

Surviving are his significant other, CJ Gang; friends, Levi Hutchenson, Charles “Bobber” Bookman, and Carroll Gang; brother, Ricky Phillips; cousins, Jerry Swackhamer and Roy Swackhamer.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Mitchell; grandmother, Enighal Swackhamer; and dog, Daisy.

Calling hours will be observed from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, February 7, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home prior to a celebration of life where family and friends can share stories at 7:00 PM.
