Virginia Ann Culbertson, age 55, of Logan, Ohio, passed away April 12, 2026, at her residence.

Virginia was born August 16, 1970, in Columbus, Ohio. She formerly worked for 20 years at Bush’s Restaurant in Logan; worked at Wal-Mart in Logan for 5 years: and loved animals.                        

Surviving are her husband of 25 years, Paul Culbertson Sr; mother, Linda Mouser of Haydenville; father, Phillip Baker; children, Elizabeth (Christopher) Taylor of Logan, Thomas Payne of Logan, and Paul Edward Culbertson Jr. of Logan; grandchildren, Alexis, Adrian, and Carter Payne; and sister, Katheryn Baker.

Funeral services were held at 11 A.M., Friday April 17, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial was in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.

Calling hours were observed 2-4 & 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Pet Orphanage Spay and Neuter Clinic in Logan.
