Billy Marlin Miller, Jr, age 64, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away February 14, 2026 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV.

Billy was born July 3, 1961 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Billy Marlin Miller, Sr and Fern Bowman Miller. He retired from the City of Logan; enjoyed teaching others repelling; loved fishing and hunting; and was a member of Salt Creek Valley Church.         

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Sharon Miller; children, Andrea (Trevor) Saving of Logan, Sammi (Scott) Mitchell of Lancaster, Billy M. Miller of Gallipolis, and Justin Miller of Gallipolis; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Donna (Robert) Swiger of Crown City, Janice Ellison of Logan, Thomas (Brenda) Wheeler of Kissimee, FL, Tony (Jeanette) Wheeler of Logan, and Anna Mason of Logan.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; father, Billy Miller Sr.; mother Fern Wheeler stepfather, Thomas Wheeler.

Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Jim Vandagriff officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio.

Calling hours will be observed 11 A.M. to 1P.M. on Tuesday February 17, 2026 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan.

     In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help with Billy’s funeral expenses.
