Billy Marlin Miller, Jr, age 64, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away February 14, 2026, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV.

Billy was born July 3, 1961, in Gallipolis, Ohio to Billy Marlin Miller, Sr and Fern Bowman Miller. He retired from the City of Logan; enjoyed teaching others repelling; loved fishing and hunting; and was a member of Salt Creek Valley Church.         

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Sharon Miller; children, Andrea (Trevor) Saving of Logan, Sammi (Scott) Mitchell of Lancaster, Billy M. Miller of Gallipolis, and Justin Miller of Gallipolis; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Donna (Robert) Swiger of Crown City, Janice Ellison of Logan, Thomas (Brenda) Wheeler of Kissimee, FL, Tony (Jeanette) Wheeler of Logan, and Anna Mason of Logan.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, father, Billy Miller Sr. and mother, Fern Wheeler and stepfather, Thomas Wheeler.

Funeral services were held at 1 P.M., Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Jim Vandagriff officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio.

Calling hours were observed 11 A.M. to 1P.M. on Tuesday February 17, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan.
