Charlotte Anne Harlow, age 76, of Logan, Ohio, peacefully passed from this earthly life into a face-to-face presence with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 14, 2026, with her family by her bedside in the Crawford Homestead.
Charlotte was born on September 24, 1949, in Lancaster, Ohio, to Harold and Betty (Hansley) Crawford. She treasured a lifelong relationship with her Trinity Lutheran Church family in Logan, Ohio, and was very active, serving in her church and community through outreach events. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling with her friends on motorcycles, group singing with guitars, raising and showing 4-H beef cattle, backpacking with family and friends in the Wyoming Wind River Range, creating and tending flowerbeds with her mother and garden club members, and helping on the family farm.
She graduated from Logan High School in 1967 and then attended the Southern Ohio Manpower and Technical Training Center in 1968 with a degree in Office Procedures and Management. She was employed for a short time as a legal secretary but worked as an inventory specialist for General Electric Glass Plant for the majority of her working career, impacting many workers there with her positive work ethic and can-do attitude.
Surviving are her younger brother David (Barbara) Crawford, nephews Jarrod (Lisa Martin) Crawford, Benjamin (Stacey) Crawford, special great-nephews Silas, Cohen and Sawyer Crawford and special great-niece Kaydence Crawford. She is also survived by her stepson Robert Allen (Brandi) Harlow and stepdaughter Debra (Mike) Logozzo, sister-in-law LuAnn Salzgaber; step-grandchildren Ian (Victoria) Harlow and Gracie Harlow, Nate and Kaitlyn Logozzo.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Betty Crawford, and her husband Robert L. Harlow, earlier this year.
A memorial service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Logan, Ohio February 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. with visitation with family starting at 10:00 am. Pastor Richard Sovitzky will be officiating. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery near Rockbridge, Ohio, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church, 430 North Mulberry St. Logan, Ohio, where Charlotte was a faithful member.
Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
