Clem J. Mace, age 65, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away May 17, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Athens, Ohio.

Clem was born July 23, 1959, in Athens, Ohio to Arthur Mace and Rose Dicken Mace. He loved fishing, working in his garden, and playing video games.                        

Surviving are his wife of almost 47 years, Polly Mace; daughter Daisey Holley; grandchildren, Darema (Jarrod) Losey Jr., Elihas Holley, and Daila Holley (Caiden White); great-grandson, Konnor Mayles; and siblings, David Mace, Patrick Mace, Theresa Whiteman, Doris Miller, and Mark Mace.

Clem was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services were held at 5:30 pm, Wednesday May 21, 2025, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio. 

Calling hours were 3:30-5:30 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with Clem’s funeral expenses.
