Donald E. Blake Jr., age 86, of Logan, Ohio, passed away December 29, 2025, at Main Street Terrace Care Center, Lancaster, Ohio.

Donald was born on December 18, 1939, in Carbon Hill, Ohio to Donald E. Blake Sr. and Adrienne (Devol) Blake. Donald was an active member of the Rockbridge Advent Christian Church, a member of the Mingo Masonic Lodge, and he enjoyed golfing and hunting.              

Donald is survived by his wife, Patricia of 61 Years; son, Mark (Kristina) Blake of Hilliard, daughter, Melissa (Rudy) Riggs of Lancaster; and grandchildren, Trevor Riggs, Rachel Riggs, Ethan Blake, and Connor Blake.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Shelby (Roger) Fidler, and Sonya (Zeke) Wycoff.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon, Monday January 5, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Pastor Diora Edgell officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery Rockbridge, Ohio.

Calling hours will be observed 10-12 noon on Monday January 5, 2026, at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home.
