Herbert Neil Dupler, age 78, of New Plymouth, Ohio, passed away September 10, 2026, at his residence.

Herbert was born June 23, 1948, in Hocking Co., Ohio to Clarence Eugene Dupler and Flora Alice Dupler. He was a U. S. Army and Vietnam veteran and retired from Anchor Hocking.                   

Surviving is; son, Matthew Dupler; grandchildren, Elliot Dupler and Ethan Skinner; and many who loved him in the McCoy, Skinner and Swallow families.

Herbert was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Flora; and siblings, Donald, John, Gary, Francis, Melvin, Helen, Doris, Betty, and Juanita.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M., on September 18, 2026, at the Floral Hills Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio.

Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
