June Rose Milliron entered heaven on Saturday April 4, 2026.

She was born in Kent, Ohio on October 30, 1937, and moved to Nelsonville while she was still a child, where she grew up and lived her life in her beloved community.

June was a kind and loving mother to her daughter Kelley (Rick) Kimes, and son-in-law Jim Mowery. She was a fun and laughter filled grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

June was preceded in death by her dear husband, Denver “Frank” Milliron; daughter, Cathy Mowery; sons, David Milliron and Denny Milliron; grandson, Steven Powell; granddaughter, Dianna Milliron; mother, Ethel Kelly; and sister, Lois Koon.

June loved porch visiting with neighbors and friends.

Special thanks to her dear friends, Vickie, Rex, and Mandy; FairHoPe Hospice; and neighbors Donald “Dutch” and Mark Rutter who always watched out for her and were a great help to the family. 

There will be no services at this time. The arrangements are by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home of Nelsonville, Ohio.
