Otho B. “Bud” Long, age 79, of Logan, Ohio, passed away October 28, 2025, at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.

Bud was born September 2, 1946, in Spencer, West Virginia to Milo Keith and Nandis Arlene Long. He contributed to charity and St. Judes; going to Bryan Motor Speedway; and enjoyed building race cars, racing, and Harley Davidsons.         

Surviving are his children, Tammy (Clarence) Wright of Logan, Ohio, Buddy Long, Lancaster of Ohio, Kenny Long of Logan, Ohio, Corrina (Kerry Gillett) Long of Dayton, Tx, Richard (Alicia) Long of Napolean, Ohio, Karllee Revoir of Defiance, Ohio, and Milo (Tracy) Long of Logan, Ohio; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; aunts, uncles, and cousins; 2 nieces; and special friends, Mark Thiel and Dan Koch.

Bud was preceded in death by his spouse, Barbara Long; father, Milo Keith Long; mother, Nandis Arlene Wells; grandchild, Kyler and granddaughter, Brittney Schrader; great-grandchildren, Joey and Levi; and sister, Shirley Simmons.

There are no funeral services at this time.

Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
