Paisley Conley passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2025, at O’Bleness Hospital in Athens, Ohio. 

Surviving are her parents, Kayla Payne and Charles Conley; siblings, Alexis Payne, Adreian Payne, Carter Payne, Cooper Conley, Conner Conley, and Caiden Conley; maternal grandfather, Barry Graham; and paternal grandmother, Tammy Conley.

Paisley was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Linda Jo Graham, and paternal grandfather, Doug Conley.

Arrangements are by the Warren-Brown Funeral Home of Nelsonville, Ohio.
