Patrick Martin Rowland, age 73, of New Marshfield, Ohio, passed away May 22, 2025 at O’Bleness Hospital, Athens, Ohio.

Patrick was born January 14, 1952 in Nantwich, United Kingdom to John Patrick Rowland and Gwynneth Hill Rowland. He served in the British Marines; formerly operated a trucking company, formerly worked for United Airlines in Columbus, formerly raised Siberian Huskys.                        

Surviving are his wife Kathy Rowland; son Alexander Rowland of Rennes, France; daughter-in-law Stephanie Rowland; granddaughters Abigail Rowland, Chelsea Rowland, Tracy Rowland; step-children Shane Williams, Heath Williams, Dustin Williams.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents; step-daughter Wendy Biggs of Swindon, UK.

Funeral services were held at 1pm Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville with Fr. Jean-Luc Zadroga officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Nelsonville.

Visitation was 12 noon -1pm on Friday at the funeral home.
