Paul “Frank” Francis Scarrett, age 76, of Albany, Ohio, passed away suddenly on November 3, 2025, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan, Ohio.

Paul was born March 30, 1949, in Gallipolis, Ohio, to Paul E. Scarrett and Jessie M. Scarrett.

Surviving are his children, Paul and Mitzy Estep; brothers, Robert “Bob” Davis and Larry Davis; and sisters, Pam Scarrett-Congrove and Sonda Maredith.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Jessie Scarrett; and siblings, Donna Jean Miller, Carolyn Ann Davis, and Rocky L. Scarrett.

There was a simple cremation through the Warren-Brown Funeral Home in Nelsonville, Ohio.
