Shirley M. Durst, age 89, of Logan, Ohio, passed away September 27, 2025, at The Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio.

Shirley was born on November 7, 1935, in Greendale, Ohio to Arthur and Ruth Horn. She loved traveling up until she got sick, especially with Ruth Ann Hiles. Shirley also loved spoiling the grandkids.

Surviving are her children, Vince (Cathy) Keeney and Don (Kathy) Keeney; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry Horn, Danny Horn, and Ruth Ann Hiles; and dog, Sam.

Shirley was preceded in death by parents; loving husband, Brycel Durst; and sister, Connie Angel.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home of Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Logan, Ohio.

Calling hours will be observed from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, prior to the service at the funeral home.
