Virginia Ann Culbertson, age 55, of Logan, Ohio, passed away April 12, 2026, at her residence, Logan, Ohio.

Virginia was born August 16, 1970, in Columbus, Ohio. She formerly worked for 20 years at Bush’s resturant in Logan, worked at Wal-Mart in Logan for 5 years: and loved animals.                        

Surviving are her husband of 25 years Paul Culbertson Sr; mother Linda Mouser of Haydenville;  father Phillip Baker; children Elizabeth (Christopher) Taylor of Logan, Thomas Payne of Logan, Paul Edward Culbertson Jr. of Logan; grandchildren Alexis, Adrian, and Carter Payne; sister Katheryn Baker.

Funeral services will be held at 11A.M., Friday April 17, 2026 at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating. Burial will be in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, Ohio.

Calling hours will be observed 2-4 & 6-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Pet Orphanage Spay and Neuter Clinic in Logan.
