Patty Jo Reed, 72 of Logan, Ohio passed away peacefully in her home on May 12, 2026, surrounded by family.

Patty was born in Lancaster, Ohio to Orville and Viola Appleman. Patty was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, known for her kindness, loving personality, and strength. She will be dearly missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to have met her.

Patty was survived by her husband of 40 years, Kennith Reed, her siblings, Andy (Kay) Appleman, Bob (Judy) Appleman and Butch Appleman. Her children, Brian (Christa) White, Tori (Chad) Williams, and Kathy Zajac. Her grandchildren, Kentin (Emma) McNeal, Hailey (Derek) Mace, Sofeia Williams, Alexander Williams, Delaney Williams, Aiden Lax, Corvin White, Cooper White, Jenivieve White, Ezekiel White, and Viola Winner, and her great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Viola Appleman, brother, Bernerd Appleman, sister, Patricia Appleman, and her grandson, Cameron Williams.

A Private Memorial service will be held at a later date
