Douglas Meadows, age 71, of Logan, Ohio, passed away June 30, 2026, at University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Doug was born February 28, 1955, in Logan, Ohio to George and Donna Meadows.                              

Surviving are his daughters, Jorden Meadows and Jillian Meadows; grandson, Ethan Meadows; sister-in-law, Vicki Conrad; and brother-in-law, Chris Gompf.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 21 years, Adeana Meadows, who passed away July 26, 2020; and brother Barry Meadows.

Calling hours will be observed from 4 to 6 P.M. on July 14, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
