Karen Hodges, age 59, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away June 28, 2026, at her residence.

Karen was born June 27, 1967, in Columbus, Ohio to Raymond and Kathleen Loftos. She was a very outgoing and loving woman, who knew no stranger.                        

Surviving are her mother, Kathleen Loftos; sons, Michael Chapman, Brandon (Jessica Barnes-Chapman) Chapman, and Ricky (Amber) Dotson; grandchildren, Vanessa, Tanner, Logan, Caiden, Dylan, Skyler, Conner, Alaina, Reagan, Brooklyn, Jase, Brysen, Amy, and Jesse; and brothers, Brian Loftos and Raymond Loftos.

Karen was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Loftos.

Calling hours were observed 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM on Friday, July 3, 2026, at the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
