Ricky Lee Decker, age 69, of Nelsonville, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2026

Ricky was born April 22, 1958, to Glenford Decker and Juanita Six Decker. He formerly worked for Maiden Jenkins in Nelsonville, Dominion Homes in Columbus, and Defabco in Columbus; in his younger years he enjoyed horses and dirt bikes; and loved outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and riding motorcycles.                        

Surviving are his daughters, Crystal (Nathan) McWilliams of Glouster and Deidra Bagent of Nelsonville; grandchildren, Preston, Kadence, Jordan, and Miley; great-grandchild, Brynlee; sister, Sandy Koska of Buchtel; and brother, Michael Decker of Lancaster.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday June 20, 2026, at the Warren-Brown Funeral Home, Nelsonville, Ohio.

Calling hours will be 5-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the funeral home to help with Ricky’s funeral expenses.
